Clients interested in proprietary solutions will flow through a Discovery, Design, Implementation workflow. We generally require retainers from new clients and charge hourly for needs assessment and discovery. Once the requirements are understood, we will provide a scope document to forecast the cost and schedule for a solution. All time for discovery, design, and implementation is charged hourly.
Portfolio management strategies are eligible for performance and management fee structures. Equity arrangements can be coordinated for startups on a case-by-case basis.
